How much will a dispute cost?
We give you a written estimate for each stage and stop to check with you before the next one. Many disputes settle after the first letter.
Can I recover my legal costs if I win?
Sometimes, in part. Court costs rules are strict and the other side rarely pays everything, so we build that into the advice.
Is mediation better than court?
Often. It is quicker, cheaper and private. We tell you honestly when a case is one that mediation cannot fix.
